Lady with artistic interest !

Nigella Lawson. Yes, its the infamous&pretty journalist with pretty taste in food. This journalist with deep interest in cookery&baking has inspired me to be a lady chef in future majoring in baking. I know i know its hard to be a lady chef in any part of this world. As we all know, male chefs are paid higher than lady chefs. No matter what, the best home chef is always female chef :p Started as journalist in her youth years, also a daughter of famous British politician in England. Shocking right? Yes i know even I thought she was a daughter of some female chefs or something. Haha. While studying journalism, she realised her interest in the artsy side which is cooking&bakery. Yummy! Mix in journalist with chef and u get cooking book author. Yes, she wrote a few cooking books with some moral support from her loved ones. She had published a few books on her own too :) Okay i have to admit that i never read any of her books but at least i watch her on television okay! Not so bad right? HAHA. Ohh thats about her. Whatever it is, she is my inspiration. Few years from now, Qilah the businesswoman will be opening her own bakery shop! Ohhh && colaborate with Shigim, the designer! Haha beranganlah aku kan.

Brownies! My tongue is craving for brownies rich in chocolate. Omg, a few ounces of dark chocolate and dairy chocolate mix in with some cream, butter, sugar and vanilla essence! Mix everything together and put it in a baking pan. Next put it in the oven and bake it about 180 degrees. I can imagine the view from outside the oven. With the chocolate slowly thickens under that hot temperature. Im drooling now. Ohhhh dear how i wish i could bake it now. Ahhh i miss sitting in front of the television with a pen and a notebook writing down the recipe from my favourite chef, Nigella Lawson! Practising the same routine every Friday night at 8pm. Her recipes are the best and the simplest way ever. Especially her desserts, ahh my favourite! Her cupcakes are the easiest way to bake with a minimum amount of ingredients but a maximum kick in your mouth! Haha. Nice isnt it? Lets make our mouth even more watery with strawberry icing topping for the cupcakes. To top it off, put a smiley using yummy gums! Ahh lovely. Hehe.
